The article is pretty weak, but the image at the beginning of the BBC's "Web design 'causes confusion'" is great!

When I read the article, my reaction was that users don't create mental maps of sites. Or at least that's what Jared Spool has been telling us for five years. So the study discovered that users are bad at doing something they don't do.
That's really helpful.
