Just thought you might like to know that thanks to yours truly, the links on the Caltrain Schedules, Maps & Fares page no longer open into a new browser window. That was so annoying! I wrote them a short note about the problem and attached an html file, sans the target=”blank”. Later that day, the annoyance was gone. I love it when people implement my suggestions! Well, I’m off to New York and then to Alaska. I’m hoping the trip will give me some time to decompress all the reading I’ve been doing lately (four books in four weeks is a lot for me). I should have some interesting stories when I return. See you at the end of August!

This evening, while walking home from our Salsa class, Selena and I saw Lisa Ling on University Ave. in Palo Alto.

Has anyone seen my notebook? It’s white with blank pages and has a translucent plastic cover. Inside are my notes from DUX 2003. They were good notes and I was hoping to share them with you.

This entry will serve as a place holder for my DUX 2003, Day 3 notes, until I find my beloved notebook.
