Nice titles!

Implemented Nice titles this evening. Let your mouse hover over the links to check it out!
Update Feb. 20, 2003: Turned Nice titles off. The lack of a delay, that Joshua commented about, was driving me crazy.

I might think about using them if they were delayed by about one second. Tooltips don't appear that fast, why should nicetitles?

Yeah - they also seem to screw up the hover property occasionally (i.e. sometimes the hover, which on my site usually highlights the link in some way, doesn't turn off after the mouse moves off the link).

I bet I could add a 1 second delay into the Javascript, if you're interested.
