Brad, thanks for the review – very helpful for those that could not attend.

A quick curiosity – was wondering why you thought the presentation on purchase modeling so as to create a better loyalty program was sleazy?

Have you never used a loyalty program (mileage programs, punch cards, etc.)? Is it not valuable to have these programs become more valuable and relevant to the people who use them?

Thanks for sharing. I think Aaron posted his thoughts about the conference in general somewhere…saw it on ia/ or something. Hopfully someone somewhere is aggregating all the thoughts around DUX…
