A quick curiosity - was wondering why you thought the presentation on purchase modeling so as to create a better loyalty program was sleazy?

Have you never used a loyalty program (mileage programs, punch cards, etc.)? Is it not valuable to have these programs become more valuable and relevant to the people who use them?
